Casey Robinson, a member of the Smithfield Police Department and a certified CPR Trainer, will be offering CPR Certification at the Brightway Welcome Center. Participants will learn from his years of first-hand, medical emergency response expertise and earn workplace CPR certification (CPR cards). This one-day program is offered throughout the year. It provides adult CPR skills and how to react in the event of a cardiac or respiratory emergency, or how to save a choking victim. CPR Certification will be available for just a mere fraction of the average cost of other training sessions.
Special student CPR Training programs will also occur. Students will be taught the same life-saving techniques taught in the adult classes, but with a special spin, making it fun for the kids!
